IMPORTANT: Silencers are only issued to recipients who can present a valid firearms license and are only shipped with approved firearms transport.

There is an exception for silencers for hunting rifles, where it is possible to obtain a silencer without obtaining a separate permit. This is slightly different in the case of air weapons, as these weapons are equated with shotguns. For the latter, a separate permit for a silencer must always be obtained before it can be issued.
