Gamo produces virtually all the components used in their air rifles themselves. Only the rubber for the recoil pad and the nylon material for the stocks are outsourced to other manufacturers. To give you an idea of the quality of Gamo air rifles, a new model always undergoes an extensive test before launch where the rifles are fired 100,000 times - and that's 100,000 shots without pellets! The test also continues after a rifle is launched, with two out of 1,000 again undergoing a 10,000 shot test without pellets.
When you receive an air rifle from Gamo, the box includes proof that the rifle has been visually checked by an employee and tested by a robot. The robot ensures that you get an air rifle that delivers the correct rate of fire, shot groups and performance.
