Payment

At Gunpit you can use the most common payment methods - but they vary from from country to country. We currently accepts the following payment methods across all countries.:

When you submit an order with Gunpit, the payement is reserved on your account. Once we have collected your order and the carrier has collected it, we will debit your card. Alternatively, the payment is reserved until it is released according to agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. 

If we can't deliver all or part of your order, we will only debit what corresponds to the actual delivery. Your invoice will be sent to you via e-mail.

Payment takes place via a secure payment system. The system is PCI certified, a system developed by VISA and Mastercard, and this implies that the payment system is reviewed once a year, and that the network is scanned four times a year. The payment system meets all security requirements, and it is also approved and certified by Nets. All communications between the card holder and the payment system takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. Data between the payment system and Nets' payment server is also encrypted.
 

Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Where made-to-order items are specified, a longer delivery time is to be expected.

The delivery times is different from country to country, bu you can expect 1-5 working days under normal weather and road conditions after the order has been dispatched. The goods are sent with GLS to either a Service Point (if available in your country) or to your home address - you choose what suits you best.
 

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the item from the carrier. The right of withdrawal only applies if you give us clear notice before the 14 days expires. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can inform us either via info@gunpit.com or by phone +45 7777 4444. Alternatively, you can fill in the standard withdrawal form and email it to us.

In addition, the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you are responsible for the cost of the cancellation.
 

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned to us, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods. You must therefore try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. As you cannot expect to be able to try shooting with an air rifle, air pistol or other similar object in a store, you must also not shoot with the mentioned objects when these have come into your possession.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider the item as used, which means that in the event of regret, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, which depends on the item's commercial value.

If you want the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you are allowed to do in a physical store, take the item in your hands, turn it around and look at it, but do not actually use it. Taking the item outside and shooting with it is considered putting the item product into use.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

The original packaging should not be used as shipping packaging. In other words, you must pack other material around the original packaging, and it must be done securely so that the original packaging is not damaged during the eturn. You bear the risk of damage to the packaging when you return an item.
 

Refund

You get your money back when you regret your purchase. If there is a decrease in value, and for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you including delivery costs. If you use a different delivery method of your choice than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, then any additional costs due to your choice of delivery method accrue to you.

Repayment of the purchase amount takes place without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us that you have decided to cancel your purchase.

The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used in the original transaction, unless you have informed us of another form of refund.

The refund can be withheld until we have received the item back, unless you can document that the item has been returned to us.

If you want to make use of your right of return, you must inform us of this either via info@gunpit.com or by phone +45 7777 4444. It is important that you give us a clear message that you wish to make use of your right of return. It is therefore not enough to simply refuse receipt or fail to collect your package at a GLS Service Point.

Along with your order confirmation, you have received a standard cancellation form which you can return to us.

It is important to emphasize that it is you as the customer who bears the risk of the goods from the time of their delivery. As a customer, you must therefore ensure that the item is properly packed when you return it. If the item is damaged as a result of improper packaging, you are liable for the item's damage.

You as the customer bear the shipping costs when returning goods that are not defective.
 

Information on purchase/Personal data policy

When you shop with us, we need the information below so that we can process your order and deliver it to you.

All personal data is registered with Gunpit for five years, after which it is deleted.

In order for us to service you afterwards, customer service has access to the information you have provided. The director also has access to the information, and is also the data controller for this.

Your personal data is not passed on to third parties.

You can contact us at any time and object to the registration, and here you can also gain insight into what data is registered about you. You have the right to this, cf. the Personal Data Act. Inquiries about registration of data should be directed to info@gunpit.com

When you enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number, you automatically consent to us contacting you by e-mail or SMS with information about your order. You also accept our personal data policy and cookies when you use the website.
 

Complaint

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's defect rules apply to consumer purchases.

All items are visually checked before they are sent to you. When you buy from us, you can complain about defects in the product within 24 months, cf. the Sales of Goods Act. Through this, you have the right to have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation and provided that the complaint is justified. In order to make use of the right of complaint, it is a prerequisite that the defect in the product has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

Regardless of what is wrong with your product, we will of course be helpful in rectifying the problem. However, please be aware of the following situation: If we receive a product for complaint processing and we find that the product is not defective, or in other words, is fully functional, we subsequently charge a fee of 100 EUR including VAT to cover the costs in connection with examination of the item as well as shipping back and forth.

When you discover a defect in the product, you must inform us of this within a "reasonable time". If you complain two months after the defect is discovered, this is timely according to the law.

If you have a claimable defect, you will be refunded your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

It is important that you attach a detailed description of the defect together with the product, so that we can process your complaint quickly. Remember to also enclose the order number, name and telephone number so that we can get in touch with you if necessary.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery. 
 

Age requirement for the acquisition of airguns - 18 years

In order for you to acquire airguns in many European state, the law requires you to be at least 18 years old. When you accept the trading conditions in the checkout process, you also confirm that you meet the age requirement in the law. Upon purchase of these products, you need to establish your identity by providing a copy of your valid proof of identity. You can email this to us to the following email identity@gunpit.com.

Please take note that our airguns are not restricted to a certain velocity og energy level. You are fully responsible of complying with the laws in your country, and we cannot be held responsible if you violate gun laws in your country.
