By wrapping the air tank around the barrel, the profile of the overall rifle could be lowered by removing the large air tank needed for air pressure, resulting in a very slim front end and an overall more balanced rifle with perfect ergonomics.

Designed powerful enough to compete with the 22lr, the FX DRS can be configured to a lower and more economical power, allowing it to be used as a practice rifle and perfect your shooting skills in a cost-effective way given the ever-increasing prices of firearm ammunition. It's big enough for the task at hand and blends perfectly with the elegant look and feel of a traditional competition rifle. To create a rifle like the PRO version and compete in PRS 22 and NRL 22 competitions, FX needed to put it in a strong and reliable base.
