FX Maverick VP Edition 4.5 mm

FX Maverick is a brand new platform for FX rifles. The rifle is built from the ground up with heavy shot and slugs in mind. The Maverick features the largest Power Plenum ever mounted on an FX rifle plus the latest FX innovation, dual regulators!

Dual FX AMP regulators are brilliant in concept and execution. The first regulator reduces the pressure in preparation for the second regulator. This puts less strain on the second regulator and achieves a more constant output pressure with lower standard deviations. Both AMP regulators are externally adjustable and must be adjusted in harmony with each other (maintaining a difference of 30-40 BAR between the 1st and 2nd regulator).

The dual regulators work together with the large 89cc Power Plenum. This large plenum, paired proportionally with the correct porting and venting, allows for a more consistent working pressure to be delivered. FX Maverick owners also have the option to order the FX Maverick Slug Power Kit. This kit includes a heavier hammer and slug probe, allowing for even more power and velocities for heavier projectiles.

Maverick utilizes the same rear power adjustment introduced with the FX Wildcat MKIII. This groundbreaking hammer adjustment allows for both micro and macro adjustments using the same knob, allowing the Maverick to be fully aligned in harmony with Dual AMP regulators for the caliber and projectile of choice.

Like all modern FX airguns, the Maverick uses the world-class Smooth Twist X (STX) interchangeable liner and liner system. The Maverick has a more tactical platform that allows aftermarket accessories to be added for further customization. All Mavericks have built-in 20 MOA in the picatinny rail, multiple picatinny accessory rails, standard AR grips and feature the newly designed FX buttpad. FX Maverick is an innovative platform with the world-class precision and adjustability you already know from FX. Maverick delivers all the precision and power that FX Impact offers. The Maverick itself will remind shooters of both FX Impact and FX Wildcat. As a perfect blend of the two rifles, it offers the absolute best of both worlds.
