Description
The Vulcan 3 from Airgun Technology is their third generation of the Vulcan series. It is available in two lengths, short and long, and the latter only in calibers from 5.5 mm and up.
Improvements in the Vulcan 3 include a two-part air reservoir with a 480cc carbon fiber cylinder on the outside and a 135cc internal reservoir where the regulator is located. The inner tank is divided into two chambers (large and small plenum) separated by the regulator. This clever design makes it possible to flip the inner container so you have the large plenum for slugs and the smaller plenum for buckshot. (Reversible plenum is only possible in calibers 5.5 mm and up).
The new weaver/picatinny base is now designed to tilt 20 MOA - very practical for long range shooting, so you are not limited by the scopes' internal adjustment. If the base is removed, the loading arm can be moved to the opposite side if desired.
The shroud has also been improved on the Vulcan 3 with an increased volume so it can pick up more of the sound from the muzzle. Finally, it is possible to mount an external silencer, easier venting of the air tanks, picatinny base for bipod and it is also compatible with the ingenious magazines from previous generations.
Vulcan 3 is also available in a long version with the following specifications:
- 700 mm polygon barrel by Alfa Precision
- 580cc carbon fiber cylinder
- Total air capacity of 715cc
Contact us for larger caliber. However, it should be noted that caliber .30 and above are now classified as Category C weapons and therefore require stricter export controls, transit approvals and special transport, which makes it very complicated and expensive to get them shipped to Denmark. Therefore, we have completely ruled out importing these.
Note : Diving bottle/hand pump for the rifle must be purchased.
